1. VAT and Export Rules

  • Sales Within the EU:

    • Shipments to VAT-registered businesses within the EU are exempt from Swedish VAT if the buyer provides a valid EU VAT number and goods are transported to another EU country.

    • For private EU customers, Swedish VAT (25%) applies unless otherwise stated.

  • Sales Outside the EU:

    • Goods exported directly to non-EU countries are VAT-exempt, provided export documentation (e.g., commercial invoice, transport proof) is validated.

    • Private customers outside the EU are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.

2. Returns and Withdrawal Rights

  • EU Customers: 14-day withdrawal right under the EU Distance Selling Directive. Excludes personalized/custom items (e.g., names, custom prints).

  • Non-EU Customers: No statutory withdrawal rights. Returns accepted only for defects or shipping errors (free replacement or refund).

3. Export Documentation

  • For VAT-exempt exports, provide:

    • Proof of export (e.g., CMR document, airway bill).

    • Customs-stamped invoice for direct exports outside the EU.

  • We handle EU export documentation. Non-EU buyers must provide necessary certificates for self-transport.

4. GDPR and Data Protection

  • Personal data is processed in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5. Liability and Dispute Resolution

  • Product Liability: Limited to material/manufacturing defects. Custom design choices are the customer’s responsibility.

Specific Clauses

EU Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales

  • Valid EU VAT number required (verified via the EU VIES system).

  • Sales of vehicles to private non-EU customers require temporary registration and direct export documentation.
